Bruks Siwertell is strengthening its commitment to understanding the core businesses of its customers throughout the world. “Customer-driven dry bulk handling and wood-processing technology is at the heart of our company,” explains Emily Brækhus Cueva, Director Marketing Communications, Bruks Siwertell.
“From the outset, we have developed products and services that have the ability to sustainably add significant value to a far-reaching range of industries and operations. But this is not a static process,” Brækhus Cueva explains. “We are part of a continuous dialogue with customers and industry professionals, listening to what is needed, sharing what we can offer, and highlighting how we can help.”
Bruks Siwertell has updated its website so that customers and stakeholders have access to a greater sense of the advantages that it can bring to each of the industries that it serves. “From port terminals and food and farming, through to power generation, the bioenergy and biofuel sectors, and into the sawmill, panelboard and pulp and paper industries, our industrial reach is extensive,” she continues. “Other industries, such as construction, steelmaking and handling alumina or bauxite for aluminum production, are also included.
“Essentially, if an industry handles dry bulk materials, everything from biomass, cement, fertilizer, grain, pellets, sulfur, iron ore, salt, sugar, nickel, copper, zinc and urea, to wood, our technology can invariably help,” she notes.
“These new industry pages help us strengthen our identity within these different sectors, enabling customers to recognize a shared understanding of their challenges and how our solutions and decades of experience can help,” Brækhus Cueva adds.
In addition, Bruks Siwertell has introduced website information in ten different languages including Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish. Later this year, Japanese will be added to the list. If a preferred language is not present on the website, the option to contact Bruks Siwertell and request further assistance is also available. “Being able to offer information in many languages is a great step towards our customers, suppliers, and industry audience,” says Brækhus Cueva. “We work globally and act locally. As part of this, we collaborate with a wide, international network of experts and representatives, located on almost every continent.
“Our aim is to be able to answer queries about products and services, or give insights into the industries that we are active within, in local languages. This helps promote greater knowledge share between all parties and helps us achieve a deeper appreciation for all the businesses that we are involved with,” she highlights.
“The better our understanding is, the better we can help to deliver the most efficient solutions for maintaining, and advancing, different aspects of various industries’ supply chains. It also delivers the most profitable and sustainable return on investments,” concludes Brækhus Cueva.
