The Indian Register of Shipping (IRClass), a leading ship classification society, is seeking growth opportunities in the European market.
Having already established a strong presence in Asia and Middle East with several new offices opened during the last two years in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia and Indonesia, IRClass is now planning to target Europe.
IRClass received recognition from European Union in 2016 and has offices in the UK, Greece, the Netherlands and Turkey as well as representative offices in Malta, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
IRClass, which currently holds the Vice Chair of International Association of Classification Societies (IACS), believes in actively engaging with the industry stakeholders to provide services in line with the industry requirements.
Mr Arun Sharma, Executive Chairman said, “IRClass is looking forward to exhibiting at Nor-Shipping this year as our company is already making in-roads into the European market with our high-quality professional services.”
MD Mr Suresh Sinha gave a talk on “Sustainability in Shipping” on Wednesday 5th June in Hall E and we will also have a panel of senior maritime executives sharing perspectives on the IMO target of a 50% reduction in GHG emissions by 2050. We will have a well manned stand throughout the show in hall D stand number 06-21,” he continued.
