Delivery information
IBJ is dispatched bi-monthly by Air Business, using standard first and second class mail. Delivery to the UK: 1-2 working days, delivery to European destinations: approx. 3-4 working days, delivery to ROW: approx. 5-8 working days.
Refunds policy
We do not offer a refund on a one-year subscription to IBJ, however, you may change contact person and/or delivery address if required. We will offer a refund on two-year and three-year subscriptions, providing a two-months notice is received in writing.
